Use my own image

Step1: Alternatively you can search your own image on any image website, and paste the link of the picture that you like to our website address: Customize Product ; Or you can send your own image to our email address: [email protected]

Step2: Once you have got the image, you need to choose the product, quantity and size.

Step3: Add to Cart & Checkout

What types of files are accepted for printing?

We require you to give us the high-resolution images. It will be better to choose from special image website.

Tracking my order:

How to get my tracking number?

We will send the tracking number to your email or telephone number once it is ready.

If you pay through PayPal invoice link,we will upload the tracking number to the tracking detail link in PayPal.

If you didn’t find any tracking information with your order and want to get it, you can contact us via LiveChat or email [email protected]

My tracking information is not updating, why?

After we provide you tracking number, it takes 3 to 7 days usually until the postal offices register and update the package information.

If I do not receive my order, what you would do?

If you do not receive within the time frame that shows in the first question of this section, please contact us with your order number, we will investigate the problem with shipping company and if item be lost we completely refund the money back or we will resend the item if you are still interested in receiving it.

What is your returns policy?

We do 14 business days Money back guarantee after you received your product, however we do not accept refund for change mind or given wrong details.

Because your product is customized made to fit your requirements which means it cannot be returned. However, if you are not satisfied with the product please contact us and we will try to help you in any way we can.

If there is a problem with the product, how can I do with it?

Always check the product before using to ensure there are no production defects.

We only accept returns if the item has quality problem or damaged by any possible way or if we send you a wrong item.

In this case please contact us through the email: [email protected] (we will require photos of the damage),so we could investigate and send a refund or ship the right item without additional fees.
